Free Returns & Exchanges
We understand that a product may not always meet your expectations or fit your space. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

All parts are complete and undamaged

The item is returned in its original packaging

The return request is submitted within 90 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 90 days of receiving the item

Returns requested outside the 90-day window will not be accepted

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, an eligible refund will be processed
Order Cancellation Policy
Standard (Non-Custom) Orders

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order

To cancel, please reply directly to your order confirmation email
Cancellation After 24 Hours

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to:

A 5% handling fee

Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation
Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may initiate a return after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
Depending on the situation:

Replacement parts may be provided at no cost

In cases of severe damage, a replacement product may be offered
