Return & Refund Policy

Free Returns & Exchanges

We understand that a product may not always meet your expectations or fit your space. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item has not been installed or used

  • All parts are complete and undamaged

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 90 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 90 days of receiving the item

  • Returns requested outside the 90-day window will not be accepted

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, an eligible refund will be processed


Order Cancellation Policy

Standard (Non-Custom) Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order

  • To cancel, please reply directly to your order confirmation email

Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to:

    • A 5% handling fee

    • Applicable transaction fees

Custom Orders

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation

Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

  • If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may initiate a return after delivery


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

Depending on the situation:

  • Replacement parts may be provided at no cost

  • In cases of severe damage, a replacement product may be offered


Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@albarellc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos and/or videos of the item (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Step 2: Return Authorization

If approved, we will provide:

  • A return address

  • Detailed return instructions

Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

  • Returned items are inspected within 7 business days

  • After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your request and item condition


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, quality issue, or shipping mistake), a full refund will be provided

  • For other returns, shipping fees may apply unless otherwise stated


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection

  • If you do not see the refund after this period:

    • Please check with your bank or card provider

    • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
