Shipping Service Overview

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Processing Time + Transit Time


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on the size, weight, and handling requirements of the item


Transit Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after the order has shipped

  • For oversized or large items, transit time may be longer

  • In such cases, we will confirm the estimated shipping and delivery timeframe by email


Expedited Shipping

  • If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our customer service team before placing your order

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, depending on item size and destination


Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses

For shipping availability outside the continental United States, please contact us prior to ordering.

Order Confirmation & Shipment Notification

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email

  • Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information (when available)

  • Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours after shipment

Please note:

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled

  • Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order

Order Tracking

  • Delivery timeframes begin once the order is accepted and processed

  • During promotional periods, processing and transit times may be extended

  • Once your package leaves the warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier
